这两道题和我以前总结的三道题都是一样的，比较的对象是主语，比较的是主语的一个特征，我把它称为主语的局部部分，在比较的时候，一般省略这个比较的局部部分，而保留比较对象，也就是说，把真正比较的那一部分省略了，余下的修饰限制部分不能省略，目的应该就是为了句意的清晰和表达的简洁。加上前面分析的三道题，一共有5道题了。也让我越来越确定ETS的这个prefer了。

首先看这两题，比较的是主语的数量，所以省略了比较部分，而只保留了后面限制部分，这里我们把charge多少和enrolled的人数看成是对主语的限制部分，省略比较部分是因为不影响句意的情况下表达的简洁。

it was不能省略，省略的一个原则是省略前文出现过的内容，前面没有出现过be动词，所以不能省略it was.
另外，我觉得就算前文有出现，如果比较有时间跨度，也应该补出相应时态的动词。比如：
I earn more money than I did five years ago. 不能说I earn more money than five years ago. 否则，补出的形式是I earn more money than I do five years ago. 时态不符。
这点没有验证过，请大家指正。

我对答案没有疑问,但是认为它不是现在ets优选的正确选项。
it在现在的og用法中不能指代跨越时间地点的物体。房子题和地震题里的it在og中明确成为一种错误类型。这里的it was改为一个其他代词会更好（具体什么代词我也想不出来，that?）。
