题中思路：由于人工fat阻止了vitamin的吸收，所以人工fat并不好（drawback）。（虽然人工fat可以替代真fat，从而减少真fat 的吸收）。

提问：A项是在承认人工fat阻止vitamin吸收后提出的一个补救措施（若为真，可以抵消人工fat对vitamin吸收造成的影响），不是“评价”题目的方式。

A) will tell you whether that DRAWBACK of the fake fat can be compensated for. If YES, people do not need to avoid using the fake fat. If NO, the author's conclusion holds.

可以这样理解吗：fake fact替代了ture fact（优点），会使vitamin被吸收（缺点）。尽管如此，如果缺点可以被抵消（若A为真），用fake fact还是好的。

可否这样理解？要评价的是“人们应该避免使用artificial fat"，A 如果增加维生素的摄取可以补充，掉Artifical fat 吸收的维生素，那么就不用避免使用artificial fat；如果增加维生素的取不能补充掉artificial fat吸收维生素，那么就应该避免用artificial fat

结论很重要啊，我一开始就是没找到结论，【people should avoid using the fat!】
