d是答案，但d选项后面的at a lower cost是不是和be able to中的be相联系呢？

那么这个在and前面的逗号又作何解释呢？因为如果省略动词的话，就更没有理由在前面加逗号，后面的解构显得非常别扭。

偶觉得这是为了结构清楚，因为than引导了一个比较从句，用“，”使at a lower cost与than引导的从句断开，更清楚地表达与主句地并列关系。

这个解释的说服力不足，毕竟在og中，只有引入新的主语的时候才要求在并列连词前面加入逗号以免出现runon的问题，为了表示并列用逗号断开，似乎没有必要啊？而且也找不到恰当的例子来佐证。

at a lower cost.是不是应该和 deliver 对应呢？

同样作状语修饰 deliver ?
