标题: main clause结尾处是of的介词短语时，从句中的which到底指代谁呀？
今天做悬赏令，被搞糊涂了。

悬赏令13题中
the works of Byron and Shelley, which was
这样的格式时，which指代works，而不是Shelley（答案里面讲的）

但是54题的
was an underground remnant of Earth's earliest days, which sporadically erupted
这样的格式中，which修饰Earth's earliest days"（答案里面讲的）

请问大家
A of B, which ...
的格式时，which到底指代A还是指代B？
