当通胀率高于收益最高的投资的收益率时，这两个率之间的差异，是所有的投资的市场价值至少要下降的比例。如果一种投资下降的多于这个比例，那么。

文中说，这个比率之间的差是最高收益率和通胀率之间的差，而下降的就是这个差值，那么既然下降的比最高的要多，说明差值大些，如果通胀率不变，那么一定是收益率低了。

If a rate of inflation > the rate of ROPI, the differences between 2 rates will be the minimum percentage of the declines of the value of the investment.

What if a particular investment's value declines more than that percentage, then it must be true that

1. Rate of inflation is up, and ROPI stays the same

2. Rate of inflation stays the same, and that investment's value down.

A. Incomplete. What if ROPI also up ?

B. Incomplete. What if rate of inflation also down ?

C. So, it actually compares A ( Most profitable investment ) to B ( a particular investment ). If the profitability of B is lower than it of A, then no doubt, B's declines will def more than that percentage.

D. What about the rate of inflation

E. Non relevant.
