所有的权力表现中, 对权利使用的遏制给人印象最深刻.

原题favor A over B  的意思是喜欢A而不是B.   您可以任意选择倾向.

state quo 是现状.

those who do not conform and those who resist the status quo 是一类人呀.

让你论述是同意还是反对, 还是部分同意部分反对.  总之就是你的观点.
