我的整理中much好像都是修饰褒义词的，相关的表达还有：well below / much more / far less / far more / far greater等等。由此可见，well可以修饰含贬义的形容词，而far则可以修饰褒义或贬义的形容词，而much一般只修饰含褒义的形容词。
