In my opinion, if you are confident of your work backgrounds and concentrate on your essays, you still have a nice chance to get in Top 50 schools.
As you mentioned, UTD, Pittsburgh, etc. are pretty good. How about UIUC, U. Iowa, UC Riverside, U. Florida, and State U. of New Jersey?

As to my background, it is basically non-business, involved somewhat quality control, quality management system, mainly in the administrative aspect. However, I want to learn accounting through MBA. So, I am not so sure whether my background is attractive to program managers. Cause what I did is basically irrelevant to what I want learn. I hope I could transfer into business world, cause I am so interested in international finance, and I think accounting is a good tool for me to begin new career life.

给楼主打点起，本人背景也不是很强，在咨询公司，G650，T100，交了三个20名的学校，全部都给了面试。现在有消息的是Georgetown，给了个WL。虽然我觉得大部分是因为G的原因，但是至少说明还是有希望，跟不要是top50的学校，我觉得650是稳进的。要相信自己！作者: woony001 时间: 2011-12-20 23:23
