选项分析:

(A)Correct；主语是ethylene glycol，mixed过去分词前置修饰有被动的含义，Mixed的逻辑主语即句子的主语ethylene glycol。a compound 引导同位语从句，Be effective为句子谓语。

(B)so as只用于否定句中。

(C)at后面缺少名词作宾语

(D)at后面缺少名词作宾语；few不能形容温度

(E)at后面缺少名词作宾语；little不能形容温度

我的疑问是：例题中C选项不对是因为at后面缺少temperature做宾语，但是类似连接的正答B prevent后面不是也没有宾语么？不是直接接了as+N+as..
是因为prevent是及物动词可以这样，at后面就一定要加个N，不能直接加as+N+as..

请明白人帮忙解答下~谢过啦~ XD

答案：B
其实B真的挺复杂的。是 as little as one chance in a million 和 a risk of causing cancer 两个的叠加。
关于单复数的问题，Ron 也只是表示自己觉得是错的，但是需要验证。

同时，通过这两个题的对比，我认为GMAC倾向于 n+as+adj+as这样中规中矩的说法。
