key's b.选还是会选对，但是细细想又有点晕。
ad不是用转移对手的生意的方法来增加企业的mar share。
如果是这样，法规实施后，以前AD的企业的share就会减少，但是别的企业share就会增加。就削弱了原文中说的“volume of biz”会减少。

虽然这样写出来了，我心里还是有点觉得哪里没有想通。这是怎么削弱的呢？是因为share和volume之间不等同吗？

You analysis is right.

Market share is usually expressed in percentage, while overall volume is the total dollar amount.

Spot the question type : Method of the reasoning : Flaw.

Core of the argument:

By reducing the outdoor advertising signs, the overall volume of business would decrease, since every business with out door advertising sign had a larger market share than those did not.

Flaws.

How could you take for granted that the overall volume of the business must be equal to the market share.

If the market share decreases for some of the business, then it must be true that the other businesses share that market share. Which is to say, the overall volume should not be varied.

B. perfect answer.

It must be true that the overall volume would not be less only if business can increase the market shares outside of the island other than the means of competing with current competitors.
