for the question that flyfly asked about GWD Test 7 Verbal Question #38, the correct answer should be E.

The GWD answer (B) was incorrect.

For B, even if the submission of a list of holdings is not the only way, it doesn't discredit the evidence that Bergeron has fulfilled the financial disclosure requirement for candidacy.

For E, if Bergeron has done the same thing before previous elections, his submission for this election would mean less indicative for his candidancy.
