标题: 求助！！无需工作经验的MBA读来有用吗？

打算读MBA 可是没有工作经验如果申请的话只有选择无需工作经验的MBA去读

请教各位xdjm，这样的MBA读来有用吗？

初来乍到，希望得到大家的帮助~~谢谢~

你自己的职业发展方向是什么？纯粹为了拿个mba学位，还是有其它的想法。不建议你去读mba，所有不要求工作经验的mba我想对你的职业发展没有什么大的帮助。静下心来，把考试考好。找个背景不错的公司，好好工作2，3年，再来读mba也不急。

其实呢我家里是个体经营我的长远打算并不是谋求一份好的工作

获得一些经验和商业知识是我的目的

你们说读那样的MBA 用处会显著吗？

如果是那样子的话，从实际工作中获得的知识可能更加实际，我觉得还是先工作一段时间的好。

我这几天去北京体检了估计签证也快下来了看来只有先去读了可是那样的话我要注意些什么呢？

譬如重点要学的东东，方向，学习中要注意的问题什么的

I strongly advise you to have a couple of substantial work experience before going for b-schools, for the following reasons:

1) Visa application. VOs will scrutinize your experiences closely so to judge your motivation of MBA study. Seeking MBA study without substantial experience will raise serious concern to them and under most circumstances, you will be denied of the visa

2) Business school education is not about academics, it's all about real world business problems. To be a good harvestor, you have to related the class-room cases frequently with your past experiences. Otherwise, all you learnt will be pale and theoretical.

There are still a lot of other reasons, but I guess the above two are enough to dissuade you.

但是我签证就要下来了呀而且我还交了一个学期的学费好多d刀呢

学费现在是退不回来的了或者只能退一小部分

maybe you should ask this question before you even paying for the tuition or applying for the visa?:p looks like you can't roll it back, so you just have to go for it. make sure you choose your major in entrepreneurship and learn as much as you can out of it. good luck.

I am very curious which program admitted you. I guess most of the top50 schools in North America requires work experiences unless you are olympics gold medalist or other type of genius.

Also, it's quite interesting that you even paid tuition before landing on the campus, which is quite rare for the US schools. Please make sure that the program you are attending is accedited officially.

如果说成绩都是TOP TOP TOP,一路TOP学校下来, 可能一毕业也能进很大的企业被作为一个非常POTENCIAL的LEADER培养, 但是如果成绩是中等的,毕业后竞争不过其他TOP的和有工作经验成绩中等的人, MBA前的工作也会是公司看的一点, 可能刚毕业会比较难
