请问这里D选项中的they是否有指代歧义呢？前面有复数traits和products

木有歧义，主从对位指代是优先的(即主句和从句的主语位置相呼应). 这个规则是按照我们读句子的习惯而形成的.

再像斑斑追问一道，也是指代问题。这道题中D选项的which是指代changes?因为后面affect用的是原形。为啥不是temperature？是不是因为which不指代介词短语中的名词呀？

which有时候也指代介词短语里面的名词的。这里指代了changes而不是temperature是因为逻辑。
任何指代都是看逻辑的。（有时候指代对象太远会造成指代不清晰，是因为逻辑链因为太远而模糊化了）
