第一道题说的是：对于处于0,1之间的小数X，它的十分位（也就是小数点后第一位）是否为0 条件1不充分：0.0625*16=1，是整数；0.125*16=2，是整数。所以x的十分位可以是0也可以不是0，条件1不充分。 条件2充分：8x是整数，说明x的小数部分最小是0.125（因为0.125*8=1），当x的十分位为0时，x的小数部分乘以8后不可能再得整数，因此x的十分位必不为0，条件2充分。
