这两个比较对象概念对等么？

句子比较对象依然是personal spending

more than double the 1.4 percent growth rate，其中double是动词，more than是副词。

我觉得完全可以把选项补充全

如果选more than that of就是 more that the personal spending of the 1.4 percent growth rate in personal spending
LZ不觉得读得十分的别扭么？
