1：Study的精确性：如何调查的，样本是什么 2：错误假设：employees be motivated is because of their work improve society 3：范围问题：for-profit company employees 的motivation比not-for-profit employees的motivation低，不能说明我公司的motivation低。general group的情况扩大到了typical group上。
