标题: 求解答visa status问题 [打印本页] 作者: andos 时间: 2011-11-5 14:51 标题: 求解答visa status问题 学校填FORM的时候，需要填visa status (What citizenship or visa status do you expect to have when the program begins?)， 选项有CITIZEN, F-1, J-1, H1/Work Visa, H4, Immigrant, Regugee, Permanent Resisdent, J-2, Others。应该选哪个啊？ 是不是选H1/Work Visa，但如果选了这个，就表明毕业后想留美，那签证的时候会不会有阻碍？是不是应该填选F-1呢？ 有什么区别？请各位指导一下, 万分感谢！作者: cheesyheart 时间: 2011-11-6 00:29
If it's full-time, then F1
Universities don't have jurisdiction on your immigration status/work visa, although you do need the I20 from them to support your F1 student visa.
