用词不简洁，ETS的惯性陷阱，用三个选项来误导我们进行rate之间的比较，但是while只是一个转折连词，不需要严格对等的比较

E.While more than half of mainstream American businesses fail

不是很理解,GWD很多答案在字母后面打!是正确答案的意思么？那为什么和后面的答案不同呢？
这道题目答案选择E但是却在D前感叹号，按照平行结构来看个人觉得D更加合理公整一些
能有人给解释一下么？
