答案是c毫无疑义，但是总感觉比较对象不一致，好像再拿traditional pharmacies和 prescriptions比一样，不太理解。是因为as be the case with 不像like那样要求名称紧跟在后面严格对成么？

句子结构：As is the case with…, prescriptions are… 比较结构。
考点：比较比较的习惯用法，as be the case (with)…，是prep新出现的固定搭配，是as the case be的倒装 表达，
常见的错误用法有：as it be; than be the case; as in/with the case of等。
(A) as it is with…搭配错误，it 无指代，不能指代后面这个句子。(B) as with the case搭配错误。(C) 正确，as be the case with…连接比较对象。(D) 应该是as A do, so B do结构，缺少do。(E) like连接比较对象不对等，pharmacies和cornerstone。
以上是语法笔记的解释。。可是它并没有As is the case怎么用，要不要对称，所以大牛快来解释下吧！

As is the case with traditionalpharmacies,主语是the case，with tradictional pharmacies是修饰the case的，这里是拿the case与prescritions比较

谢谢你 好像懂了呢~ 是不是说只是拿两个名词有关的性质相比，不是两个具体的名词。那下面这个prep07 p1 是不是 e项的sun放在句首也只是恰巧，不是和like结构一样的对吧？我的理解对吗？

like只接名词或名词短语，as接主谓结构
你的问题涉及两个方面，比较对等,like和as的区别
第一题主要考比较对象逻辑上是否一致，120主要考like与as的区别，同时也考了比较对象的一致性
