Improved communications between employees and management wasconsistently ranked as the issue of highest importance by the employees whoresponded to the survey. As you know, we have since instituted regularcommunications sessions conducted by high-level management, which the employeescan attend on a voluntary basis. Therefore, it is likely that most employees atCompany X now feel that the improvement most needed at the company has beenmade.”
ISSUE： business and other organazations 太重视team work. However, it is strong inviduals who gets things down. Businessesand other organizations have overemphasized the importance of working as ateam. Clearly, in any human group, it is the strong individual, the person withthe most commitment and energy, who gets things done.
