感官评估专员

(市场调研)

工作地: 吉隆坡, 马来西亚

感官评估是一门测量、分析、说明人们对产品在视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉和触觉反应的科学。感官评估专员的工作职责是建立并管理公司的感官评估平台

工作职责:

了解现有市场和包装的感官解决方案。
发展新的感官评估方法和解决方案。
负责该平台上员工的招募和培训。
准备，实施，总结感官评估项目。
确保项目顺利及时进行。
维护客户关系，发展新客户。
监督管理感官评估项目，亲自参与大客户项目。
统筹协调多国项目，并提供区域的项目支持。

任职资格:

感官专家/食品专家（研究生及以上学历）。
至少5年招聘，培训，管理感官调研小组工作经验及调研实施总结工作经验。
较强的数据分析能力，统计能力，分析和生成报告的能力。
有客户端经验者为佳。
良好的英语听说读写能力。

Sensory Research Specialist

(Market Research)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Sensory Research is the science of researching all aspects of a product as perceived by our senses. The primary responsibility of this position is to build and manage the Sensory Research Business of InsightAsia Research Group.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Package and Market existing Sensory solutions
Develop new solutions and methodologies in Sensory research
Manage recruitment & training of panels on ongoing basis.
Prepare and conduct discrimination and descriptive tests (sensory panel projects).
Ensure smooth and timely project execution together with Sensory Research Team.
Play a key role in managing client relationships and growing business with clients.
Monitor and manage sensory research projects and will personally handle key clients.
Co-ordinate multi-country projects and provide regional project support.

Experience & Qualifications:

Sensory Specialist / Food Scientist with Post graduate Degree
Min 5 years of ‘hands on’ experience in recruiting, training and managing sensory panels, & experience in conducting various discrimination and descriptive tests.
Data analysis, statistical ability, analysis and reporting abilities.
Client-side experience would be ideal.
