1.although开头，后面跟的是不利的，那后面肯定是有轻微的让步和转折所示一定以有利的，就是optimistic
7.冒号后面肯定是对前面的补充说明的，跟前面是一个意思，后面说他画得多么好，前面肯定是技术精湛咯virtuosity
8.说那些不懂道理的经理几乎不会意识到一些严重的冲突是怎么发生的，冒号后面就讲，如果大家能对对方的异议有一点容忍，很多分歧就不会发生了。

怎么看出来although后面是不利的？

后面说，商榷还可能要持续好久，就是互相达不成一致，还有setback，就是挫折嘛。。。

我觉得商榷好就，经历很多困难应该表示有很多努力，是好的……不过这个应该是想多了，就不提了。
7为什么不能使energy？我是俩选项里蒙了energy。因为觉得那两个正面的词不对应virtuosity。
8schism指的是分裂，尤其是教会分裂。这里不太合适吧？而且demur也是负面词，为什么不行？
