反对的方面就说这个dependence不是想降就能降的咯，支持的方面就说 1，光一个国家降是不行的，还是起不到节约资源的目的 2，有些发展中国家的燃料消耗得多是因为发达国家将工厂设在发展中国家，因此应该全体负责 3，如果international agreement不提出这个建议就没人有这么大的号召力了作者: cireb 时间: 2011-10-14 10:09
