ABC都是考比较结构，the Dutch economy has grown faster than____, than后面肯定是xx's economy. B还有一个问题是those没有指代对象，因为它要指代一个复数，前面仅有的复数是5 years,这明显逻辑错误。
D的问题在于with结构修饰的时候引起歧义 不知道是修饰Germany,还是 the Dutch economy 就算是修饰主句主语（作为伴随状语结构） 代入： the Dutch economy is with the rate that has....逻辑上也是错误的。
