有人说："unqualifying" means "not meeting some sort of standard for qualification". "unqualified" means "without any sort of restriction or reservation".

unqualifying是不合格，不达标的意思，unqualified是没受限的，无保留的意思，根据句意，排除A B，而D E中consistent的修饰对象由原句中的receive（也就是A选项）变成了support，逻辑意思发生改变（一般来说，GMAT语法中如果原句的逻辑意思没有问题则要保留），所以选C作者: bonfin 时间: 2011-10-9 00:16
