现在想想，要从句子的意思上来确定only的位置，这里是强调留下的东西， 只有semiotics， hermeneutcs，deconstruction，所以only放在with后、名词前
而A则是强调只有left这个动作而没有其他动作 所以不对，当然还有其他错误
