前两天又没有练习了。我要从今天开始坚持每天做作业。

1.   对事故的反映时间诚然是评价服务质量的一个因素但并不是唯一的因素.所以仅仅因为东区的商业救护班的反映时间短就认定商业救护办的服务更好是gratuitous的.

2.   就算东区的商业班的服务质量更好也并不意味着,西区用商业班就会有一样的成效.因为东西区的情况是不同的.很可能西区的志愿者更有服务,献身意识.

kelly，咱们假设有种可能是toothbrush is contaminated 是因为没有洗牙刷，而D说牙刷被热水都洗了好多次，也就是好好保养了，可是还是Contaminated，证明保养对于牙刷的contamination不管用，这样也是间接的support argument---〉即牙刷每月换一次因为有contamination。

我觉得D的意思，就是排除其他可以降低污染的方式，所以加强~~必须通过换牙刷来减少细菌的污染~

恩啊~~从以后就会一直跟上进度啦~~~现在还在继续努力的做前面的呢~不过就不写出来了~做到2-5了~很快就能专心按进度每天做练习咯~~~~
