解释

A the participial phrase does not clearly modify the noun in the preceding phrase; use of the present progressive form of the verb confuses the sequence of time with respect to the past tense of the main verb capitalized.

前面进行时的使用confuse后面过去时，这个解释是要解释什么啊。跟时态有什么关系啊？

E   the participial phrase does not clearly modify book illustrations; the relationships among the parts of the sentence are unclear.

E选项就是直接是主语＋两个并列谓语coordinated和capitalized不就完了么，跟修饰又有什么关系啊？直接B coordinated them(指代前面的illusions) with。。。。这样不完了么？c选项还要整个定语从句在中间了，怎么不说它wordy。。akward了。

是分词填在中间有修饰前后歧义的问题这题我以前搞不明白不过现在看看只有C意思表达最清楚了虽然我那时疑惑的是B选项但错点基本差不多

我想问e项为什么不可以就把coordinated看作和capitalized并列的一般过去时？

原句结构中，COORDINATED并不是主句结构，所以改变原句结构和合理重心，如果按你这样说，划线部分就没啥作用了，划线部分的重要作用就是让你分清原句的结构和逻辑重点，
