1. 在现在这种金融市场环境下，career goal的话写IB会不会对申请不利啊外资行都在裁员，IB又属于没啥新意的大众选择；
2. 你们觉得自己成功申请沃顿的过程中最重要的因素是什么？如果再申请，要改进的地方是什么呢？

请教两位嘉宾：
1.都说第三轮申请没什么希望，但因为自己要准备考试所以只能最早申2012年的第三轮了，不知是否有必要拼一下还是干脆明年申请2013年入学？
2.目前不想公司的人知道自己准备申请MBA，如果申2013年入学，想找老板写推荐信，什么时机找老板谈会比较合适？

Q1：想请教下Maya，您的经历蛮丰富，不但换过行业还换过多个function，比较跳跃，每个function呆的时间也不长，在写essay时要把这么多经历串起来是不是感觉有挑战，不知道您的career goal是什么，如何跟自己过去的经历结合起来说服adcom，想学习一下，非常感谢。

Q2：录取者中没有任何国际经历的大陆本土学生是不是比例很低，在申请时是不是会严重吃亏，谢谢！

Q1: 由于时间安排，发现只能赶第二轮了。投TOP10的学校会不会机会变得小了？
Q2：我的背景是global supply chain and operation，Wharton在这方面的排名很高，嘉宾能谈谈wharton提供的学习和工作资源吗？
Q3：类似背景的同学，就业基本是去了哪些行业和公司呐？
Q4：大家觉得作为国际生，目前在找工作的时候学校能提供什么帮助，自己还需要哪些方面的努力？

我这也有几个问题想问，其中有个问题和enriquefang LZ的问题有点类似：

Q1: 我也听无数个人说过，大陆地区的apply第三轮机会极其渺茫，除非是超级大牛。我肯定不是了，但是我想知道问什么会这样？因为我现在还在准备GT，可是实在不想拖到明年申请，年龄等不起了！
Q2: 还有我看到申请M7的主流背景应该IB,consulting,or big4 我没这么高端，我是accounting 背景，本科，WE 7yrs, ACCA(知道这个在美国没啥用），目前在500强美资公司作 corporate finance manager(非并购类就是公司财务），我想知道我这样的背景申请Wharton是不是非常弱，没什么机会？
Q3: 我post-MBA不打算转行，the purpose of pursuing MBA希望将来有纵向提升的空间，CFO啥的？我想了解wharton有没有accounting 方向适合我这种诉求的program? 每年从大陆的招生情况怎样？
