people啊应该很明显就是在比较 exposed 的和没exposed 的people的比较

有个比较二的问题，后一个why从句，能否写成so many of those not so exposed to the alleged causes do commit crimes，如果可以，为什么省略的是to the alleged causes而不只是省略the alleged causes保留to
