Choice B is best. ongoing并不是绝对意义上的一直不停的动作，也可以是正在保持的特性。古玩市场不可能每分钟都bring back the chaise lounge，但是它目前正保持着这种状态。ongoing nature往往是在句子中有所暗示的，和一般现在时表达的一种普遍的，持久不变的意思不同，进行时强调了正在进行。

另外一个问题：B中的that is bringing back按照定语从句就近修饰的原则，语法上的不应该指的是furniture吗？但其实逻辑上指的应该是market，这不正是犯了代词指待不清的毛病吗？

1.时态

ongoing是正在进行的意思，OG的解释里提到“复苏”是ongoing的，也就是说这是正在进行的事件。你想啊，复苏开始了吗？开始了；结束了吗？没有结束。开始了而没有结束的事情，可不就是正在进行吗？

时态其实很容易把握的，你把同类型题多做总结和对比就好了。

2.that的指代

that后面的谓语是is，说明that指代的是个单数，那怎么可能去指代furnitures呢。这个OG解释里有：all of the choices except B use plural verbs after that, thus illogically stating either that bygone styles of furniture and fixtures, or fixtures alone。说明这也正是ACDE错误的原因。

something,anything,things等接形容词只能接在后面，这些是比较特殊的用法，需记住。

现在完成式has/have和一般现在式doing很多时候都很困扰，它们除了一般的用法外，还有两个用法需仔细体会：

当表示一个动作是现在时态，但是这个动作是在过去开始的，这时无论用一般现在式（表普遍）或过去式（仅表示过去发生）都不好，这时最好就是用has/have + V-ed。

比如OG11－101中有个例子：..., phenomonon in which changes of ocean and atmosphere combine to allow the warm water that has accumulated in the western paific to flow back to the east.

这里的warm water现在是warm的，但这个过程在过去就开始accumulate。如用一般现在式或过去式都不能准确地表达出其含义。

OG11－106：out of america's fascination with all things unique has grown a market...

这里这个market也是表示现在是这个状况，但这个市场在过去就开始在逐渐grow。如用一般现在式或过去式都不能准确地表达出其含义。

当表示一个事情目前是这个样子，但过去或者将来是怎样不是很清楚，它也不是一个普遍的事情时，用doing是最恰当的。例如：out of america's fascination with all things unique has grown a marke that is bringing back ...。这里用is bringing是最恰当的。

86题中的c选项： Because there had been a sniper's bullet during the First World War that crippled his right hand and arm
如果that是修饰中心词，那么这个从句就是修饰bullet,而不是the first war吧？
