答案是c was being结构是正确的？

was being是正确的，记住GMAT中并没有所谓的定理或绝对的事情。

尽管being很多情况下都是错的，但是它最少有两个情况是正确的：
1. 如本题was being, is being等，这时being的出现是用来构成现在(过去)进行时的。没有being这个时态就没法表达了。所以，此时being是不可少的。
2. 如PREP07 Q103, being的出现是为了构成句子的主语。也就是说：从句不能充当一个句子的主语；这个时候要换成being来充当。这也就解释了为什么OG12 Q101的E选项being没有问题。

我们经常说，being的出现awkward，是因为在那些情况下这个being完全可以省去，或者说完全把这个含being的结构换成别的结构：
1. 如Though being unhappy, he went there. 可以直接说成Though unhappy, he went there.
2. 如Because of the task being too dangerous, they cancelled it.
可以说成 Because the task was too dangerous, they cancelled it.

总之，being并不永远都错~尤其是一开始说的那两点用到being的话肯定没有问题。
