Galileo's theory that ours was indeed a solar system, in which Earth and other planets revolve around the sun, reinforced those of Copernicus.

(B) ours was indeed a solar system, in which Earth and other planets revolve around the sun, reinforced that of Copernicus
(C) our solar system was indeed solar for Earth and the other planets revolve around the sun, reinforced Copernicus'
(D) our system was indeed solar, in which Earth and other planets revolved around the sun, reinforced those of Copernicus

很明确只有BE入围，最后给出答案是B

但我认为，我们的星系现在也是太阳系统，也就是ours is indeed a solar system,这应该是真理性的吧，不应该用过去式，而应该用一般现在时
此外,reinforce，伽利略的理论过去是支持哥白尼的，现在也是，将来也是，用过去式不就暗示后来不支持了么？

综上，认为E更好。

umm...时态不是大问题。你可以设想一个情景：天文历史课...教授在讲历史，说到伽利略和哥白尼这两个理论。他肯定会用一般过去时来讲述这个事情，所以时态并不是大问题。

BE，我感觉，最大的区别在于B有重心，而E没有重心。B有层次感，而E没有层次感。

也就是说，B表述的是：伽利略的【太阳是中心】这个理论，支持了哥白尼的理论。
B选项，很明确，支持哥白尼的是这个理论，而且这个理论是很具体的。只是，in which又近一步解释了这个理论，从而使得这个句子更有层次感。

但是E选项，没有表述出这个重心了。E选项没有指明到底伽利略的那个理论是什么，没有重点。所以不好。

饿，不是很明白NN关于教授讲述要用过去时，为什么呢？

同时出现两种时态，如果前面是过去时，后句是对前句的解释，也没有理由用现在时啊

这里theory的内容是ours was indeed a solar system
e里theory的内容是Earth and the other planets revolve around the sun in our solar system 改变了原来的意思。

ours 应该指的的是宇宙，也许这里就是解题的关键。伽利略的理论是宇宙太阳为中心，而这个后面是错的，也就无法成为正理
因此，ours was a solar system，是过去式
而solar system=Earth and the other planets revolve around the sun in our solar system
这个是亘古不变的，因此是现在时

也因此，这个理论当时看正确，reinforce哥白尼理论，后来发现是错误的，因此用了过去式。因为这个reinforce由于错误没有延续到现在
