答案是A, 不明白C, C 是unlike A, B do 的形式，unlike后面解释了where the tiny tubes... 为什么比较对象还是不对等呢？ unlike 要怎样才可以对等？ unlike 和 whereas 在用法上的区别是什么？能不能具体讲下，非常感谢！！！

还想问下，有没有关于比较类的题目详细的总结~~？谢谢大家了！！！

应该是mammals和birds相对应，或者mammal's tubes和birds' tubes相对应。
whereas是个连词，然而但是的意思，后面加一个完整的句子
unlike是个介词，不像，和...不同，后面加名词性质的元素，形成介宾结果

Whereas introduces two contrasting situations or events and should be followed by parallel structures.
