答案是E，我选了C，我觉得原文说failing,所以C好像更能合理，E有点根据常理了啊

我觉得你貌似选了一个unrelevant选项，因为depend on the likelihood of the project’s eventual success不是题目中的内容
这道题目主要针对new managers和original managers对于将要失败工程的不同反应来进行，选项中的内容一定要包括original managers在这方面的劣势或者new managers 在这方面的优势，C选项中neither!
