[高標準]題目意思

一國某行業，要採取high-level standard,公司不幹了，說這樣成本就上升了，在國際市場上競爭力要下降了。。。然後，是磚家還是政府的站出來說了，說從long-term來看，採取high-level standard是不會虧的，在國際市場上競爭力會上升，問哪個選項可以logisticcomplete這個磚家的話？

一個是說從long-term來看，採取high-level standard帶來的收益會exceed付出的成本。

還有一個選項是說，國外沒幾個公司採取了這個high-level standard （但沒說採取了就肯定怎麼怎麼樣）

-->大家看這篇會選哪一個? 我覺得關鍵是國際市場競爭力上升，但是不知該選哪個好。

剛剛看到一篇，是問weaken，今年JJ上似乎多考evaluate和assumption. 不確定是否原文.

［眼病］參考原文

Diagnosis ofdrivers who incurred fatal car accidents reveals that among those drivers under50 with fatal accidents, 5% are diganosed to have P**(一种眼部疾病). This disease affects peripheral vision. However among entire population under 50, only 3% are diagnosed to be infected with P**. Therefore itis the P** disease that has led to drivers' fatal accidents. weakening

A. Manypatients with P** in later stage cannot drive because their sights areseriously hurt. support

B. Diagnosisof P** requires use of a kind of test. However it's unlikely that people under50 will take this test.

C. AlthoughP** is considered to happen more often among ppl over 50, some younger ppl, whoare in their 30s and 40s, are also infected with it.　

D. Except fromimpact on peripheral vision, P** does not have　impacts onother vision abilities.
