请问下面画线部分分别在句子中做什么成分?同位语还是插入语?如果是同位语,那是谁的同位语?

goal其实是equalize名词equalization的同位语;
第二句类似第一句,其实都作动词变相名词的同位语,也可以理解为是对整个前句进行的概括性说明。

我手上只有一本旧语法书,书上只有同位语修饰前面的名词或代词的情形. 这里我感觉
第一句中画线部分从语意上讲是修饰动词短语 to equalize the funds available to school districts
第二句中画线部分从语意上讲是修饰前面整个句子
可是这两种情形我都在语法书上找不着.谁语法书上有这两种情形的请告知一声.
再谢!!!类似的同位语结构在GMAT SC里很多,是ETS比较prefer的。
比如,ETS想对前面的句子进行修饰或说明,但是找不出可以指代的对象,就用一个名词来代替,然后对这个名词进行修饰。
多谢啦 希望看多就顺眼了.主要是我有个毛病: 看见什么都想在书上找个语法点来对应.一般情况下还行,对付sc感觉我的语法书不够用了
