为什么是d呢，还有一个选项肯定不对，所以我没打上

难道就是因为as...as，还有那个不定式，as they are the current one怎么理解呢？

b. equally likely to exceed the proposed speed limit as they are ----同A

c. as likely that they will exceed the proposed speed limit as ----as likely that they will exceed  -->redundant! 不如as likely to exceed..简洁

d. as likely to exceed the proposed speed limit as they are

D实际上是 as likely to exceed the proposed speed limit as they are (to exceed ) the current one, 括号中的省略了.

答案是D吧? 确认一下?
