D曲解了题干原意，题干原本是说when a polygraph test is judged inconclusive, employers can misinterprete this result as that employees are untruthful.
而D. A polygraph test indicating that an examinee is untruthful can sometimes be mistaken. 文中根本没有说当polygraph indicate untruthful 的时候会不会被mistaken。
