按照答案的解释 of of up to 600 rooms each这个是修饰settlements， connected 也是修饰settlements , 这么长，隔得这么远的修饰不会引起歧义么？

of up to 600 rooms each是插入语，不影响。connected是修饰structures的吧，CDE都是语义错了，过去完成时也不对
