比较前面没有出现系动词 所以后面也不能出现系动词are in shale加了个介词造成不平行，tar stands, heavy oil, and shale是平行项 （背景知识：油页岩里面也存有大量石油，只是很难提炼）

所有英语的省略原则只有两个：1没有歧义 2能够还原 like /such as 去掉AB，然后是as。。。as 和 more 。。than 的考点 去掉E 剩CD 仔细看一下，CD 区别在 in 和 助动词补出。。我的话，可能觉得A，B and C 结够就把D排除了 但是从比较来说，觉得不用补助动词 应为是 in sources 比 in cornventional reservoirs 就好象 i like eat icecream in summer than in winter。。。 要补的话 应该是 i like eat ice cream than you do 补出do 提升you的位置 让i I和 you 比较。。 C中的主句是ten times as much petroleum exists，没有be动词，因此补出助动词时，不能补are，因为主句没有与之对应的助动词。 1. such as 2. as much as 3. parallel ten times as much petroleum exists in xxx as in xxx.
