A里面，一看见there being这些词就是到句子是过于复杂。
D里面that there are复杂。
E里面is that there are复杂。
ADE都没有BC好。
在看B，B中that are localized in different parts of the brain是修饰，删除后发现整个句子变成：Gall’s hypothesis of different mental functions is widely accepted today.
C中that修饰的是Gall’s hypothesis, 很完整。B跟它相比少成分。
