我觉得这样说更清晰一点，他们fail to distinguish 什么是租，什么是买。因为租和买的概念不一样。所以做题时候只需要看哪个选项中，同时包含租和买的信息，然后搭了一个桥梁让两个信息在一起。一看只有E，所以一步到位了。
