所有行为的核心就是要 In order to help the economy，最好的weaken方式就是不能help economy

stimulus说了： Tenare's tourismindustry, which is second only to its fishing industry in annual revenues，所以存在可能性：就是这个计划的实施会危害到经济利益，也就是危害到fishing industry的利益。

D最好了就是说如果计划的实施，tiger sharks多了，就会影响渔业，进而影响经济
C根本就是和结论没有关系 ,irrevalent, not hurt the conclusion, that's it!

我当时这样想的，文章的逻辑推理结构应该是采取捕杀鲨鱼的措施来帮助经济，也就是说前提捕杀鲨鱼的措施，而结论是达到帮助经济的目的。
那么Ｃ中说，尽管有鲨鱼袭击事件，旅客仍然来旅游，就使得这个措施实施后，没有达到帮助经济的目的，不是也是削弱么？ＰＳ：感觉好像自己哪里想偏了，sdcar２０１０大牛，麻烦指正。。

总觉得c和文章没有关系你的意思有点旅游喜欢来不管鲨鱼有没有他们还是来因此杀鲨鱼没有用这好像不符合常识题目里面应该隐含着“鲨鱼的增加会让游客不敢来”这一条件政府的行为也是基于这一常识的

倒不是说常识因为靠常识这是大忌不能用我的意思是文中既然政府准备做出回应就暗含了鲨鱼会对人造成威胁这个隐含的条件你有点钻牛角尖了

还在吗，我今天也看到了这个题
我说以下我的观点：
这个C项是跟原文的题设矛盾“ This has hurt Tenare's tourism industry”，就是说已经有影响了，而C的意思是想通过说游客没影响，矛盾了
C是反对题设条件，所以无关，但在选项的时候，很容易考虑入内，因为它是在题设之外的另外的肯能性

大鲨鱼吃小鲨鱼，小鲨鱼吃鱼，大鲨鱼被杀死了，小鲨鱼就多了，鱼就少了，影响了捕鱼业，weak economics
