请问NN们，如果C选项如果把AND去掉对吗??此外OG解释C说
"and even though "creates a sentence fragment.我不太能理解这点。。。。

个人理解：
这里作者要表达的是转折的意思，那么就应该是but
although，even though都是让步，不是转折，意思不对。

如果是and even though,就会发现没有主句(and even though.........不是完整的句子，完整的是even though........,they......)，因此fragment

even though 是从句的signer，就像是although/when等等，你们又看到过这些词前面加连接词的吗。所以看到就直接排掉

pls note that the answer is D.
C also is the correct one, if you take out the 'and'.

although conjunction
though, albeit, despite the fact that, even if, even though, notwithstanding, while

even though ==> used to emphasize that something is true although something else has happened or is true.
Even though he's 24 now, he's still like a little child.
I can still remember, even though it was so long ago.

可是答案明明是选d ，就是although那个选项啊。这句话本来不就是想表达让步的意思吗，primarily是主要的，那么后面就对应的是次要的呀，并不是转折关系的，转折关系应该是重点在转折后的部分，至少二者的地位是平等的，不可能侧重前者的。
