自己对这题的感悟，不知道对不对呀
1 所有格在GMAT里一般都是不如x of y 的。即ACE里的petroleum industry’s cost 2 By the end of the decade 要配合将来时五选项里仅B用的will。 3 cost of与cost to的区别。前者接收费的原因，后者接收费的对象。 4 is projected与is estimated取舍。该题里成本被估算比被计划来的合逻辑。
