答案是B ，为什么呢？

这道题答案是D，我不太明白and 后面为什么又要加一个that呢？我觉得前面那个that修饰compound，后面are found和inhibit并列就可以描述了，因为第二个inhibit又没有换主语，为什么前面还要加that呢？

1.B正确。as many表示与上文相同的数字。amount修饰不可数名词，与less搭配

2.加that表明与inhibit并列避免歧义。
