答案选C无疑。。相比having bought on margin，who had bought on margin清楚多了，但是我不知道，如果这里用前者是不是也说得通。

其实你已经知道‘相比having bought on margin，who had bought on margin清楚多了’，清楚在时态的先后顺序表达上，而ing结构无法表达这种时态上明确的先后关系，所以用ing不合适；ing通常用在表达动作的伴随或正在进行，显然这种用法在本句中是不合适的。
