一点想法，仅供参考

这是道因果关系的句子，因为Caribou are wary animals with excellent hearing，
所以：so stalking them over the treeless landscape, getting close enough to kill it with nothing but a handheld lance, as Dorset
people did, required exceptional hunting skill.

我们知道因果句当中是不需要加and的，就像是Because。。。。，。。。。一样，所以DE排

划线句和required exceptional hunting skill是相同的一句，, as Dorset people did,是插入句，所以：xxxxx and yyyyy required.....,能够让xxxx, yyyy平行的只有C了

答案是C对吗？

这里的One 不是代词指代Caribou，而是说杀死C的其中一只。LZ应该理解文章的逻辑意思。

这道题的选项分析
选项分析：
第一句话中已经确定了复数形式，因此可以确定，getting close enough to kill it 的it 是
不对的。基本可以排除ADE.
A 中stalking getting两个小短句中间应该有连词。
C In order to 不对。和后面的require无法衔接。需要to do ** require **
DE 中的and都属于多余。
