答案是E，我选的C， strep infections不就是 bacterial infection的一种么。。。

第一个：主要在于从是否经济（economical）的角度考虑（问题最后一个词）。所以题干给出的是amount，是否经济就要考虑价格了。所以B是相关的。
第二个：这个题挺难的，重点在这里。老药是7天治疗，但多数人三天就停了，所以复发。新药三天治疗。新药能降低复发。这里关键是，病人是否能使用新药达到三天，如果少于三天，新药也是无效的，所以照样复发。所以关键就是病人的服药习惯不变的前提下，才会降低复发率。
